At beginning of sprint, list information about the site to be used during sprint. This is mostly qualitative and meant to convey a general impression to be worked from in implementation.

Keywords

List keywords associated with site. Are there new keywords? How should the keywords be prioritized?

Social Networking Principles

Who is the target audience of the site? What tactics are we using to engage them? When are we engaging them? What motivation does the audience have for engaging with promotions?

Website Networking Principles

What websites are related to our client's site? Who are the points of contact for these sites? Who is likely to network websites? What is the perceived value of this networking? Who will be affected?

Optimization Principles

What technical aspects of the site are holding its rankings back? Where should the site be visible? What information should appear first about the site?

Ranking Changes Since Last Sprint

Where are the tracked keywords ranking? Are there correlations between last sprint's actions and the changes?

Engagement Since Last Sprint

How many have interacted with the client? Who have they been? Through what channel? When did they engage with it? What did they engage with?

Status of Last Sprint's Optimization

Is the design holding up? Have there been problems? Are snippets showing up? Are there crawl errors?


Document 2: Plan

What do we want to do? Why do we want to do it? How are we going to do it?


Document 3: Review

List each checklist item from Kanban card completed and its reason

Social Networking

What actions have been taken to promote the site on social networks? To whom? At what time?

Website Networking

What sites have been contacted for networking? Have any responses been received?

Optimization

At which level is the site technically? What are the expectations of this sprint's optimization efforts?

Impressions of Sprint

How does each team member feel about their efforts, and the momentum of the campaign as a whole? What do they think is holding the site back? How do they feel this sprint affected those areas?

Recommendations for next Sprint

What actions should be taken next sprint in a best-case scenario? In a worst-case scenario? In a neutral scenario?
